Therapeutic  arts & WELLNESS

Therapeutic arts combines the creative process
with self-exploration

Many people have the misconception that Therapeutic Art is for kids, or for established artists. Therapeutic Art is a fun and effective way to express yourself and deal with difficult emotions, gain new coping skills, increase your happiness and it can even help in processing trauma. You don’t have to have something “wrong” with you to benefit from Therapeutic Art. It can be about filling your cup with self-care and self exploration.

Therapeutic Art isn’t always about finishing with a beautiful masterpiece, although that might surprise you and happen. It is about the experience, about tapping into different parts of your brain and using your imagination to gain new perspectives and solve problems in new ways. It is about being courageous and exploring. Therapeutic Art is learning how to connect mind and body, and increase your awareness.
